The teaser was awful and the show would only last 1 episode. It may even be pulled half way through the show. I was SHOCKED that Canada still puts out shows as bad as this. Dreadful acting and the effects (from what you can see) are non existent. But that's just my opinion.

Well, suppose you're entitled to your opinion. Many have said the same thing about Star Trek. Good luck with your anger management classes!

Miss Kitka, don't bother responding to these people. Some get it, some won't.
I just had a discussion with a guy who completely doesn't get Seinfeld. Thought it was annoying. That's just the way things are.
I'd recommend to Topper and everyone though that they change the access so only members can comment on this board. You're guys are really opening yourself up for unpleasant stuff by letting drifters comment.

On the board I have put up,I have it so that guests can look but not comment. That may seem mean, but I like having the people who post there as members. I realize that everyone has the right to their own opinions, that is what good conversation is. I myself just find it rude when trolls decide to go to a board that is made for a certain show and decide to write negative things that are meant to do nothing more than start fights. If you don't like it than so be it but don't sit there and flame the show on it's own website, for goodness sake. I have also found the best way is not to respond on a personal level to the trolls.

I have gotten the chance to see this show in it's entirety I honestly did not understand why you thought this way, Maybe you should see the whole show,in it's entirety before you start to say things like this. As for non existant effects--some of the world actually like shows more because they DON'T have all the effects to detract from the characters or the show itself. I usually find that if a show has alot of effects that the actual plot line is very weak, and the characters are not well written.

I actually find most of the CGI effects very distracting because so many of them look so washed out. The current season of Enterprise is a great example of this. I guess I'm in the minority but I didn't have that with the Shuttledown effects. It looks like what I'd expect a satellite to capture. It says in the opening scrawl this stuff was assembled from security video and I like that idea. I can't imagine how they can tell any sort of story from the perspective of surveillience cameras but it sounds like something worth seeing.

LADYTASS & FIRST LEFTENANT,
Thank you for willingness & readiness to actively engage yourselves in the storytelling process, which is a Comics reader's sensibility, rather than a passive Cinema/TV viewer's. My own thoughts & feelings are reflected by certain of your respective remarks.
I am far more interested in GRAND MOFF TARKIN'S willingness to commit panglobal genocide than in what the explosion looks like when he activates The Death StarTM, for this grants valuable insight about the dynamics between him & DARTH VADER, LORD OF THE SITH.

FIRST LEFTENANT,
I had thought that one needed to register here before one could post, but apparently, I was wrong. I think I might have an answer on how a guest posted in here,If you go and make a membership to post. Then you post your thoughts, then when you are done you go and delete the member--which can only be done by admin's and the person that is the actual member you will come up as a guest--How do I know this? Because I have done it completly by accident on Kevs board before,I deleted myself as a member while changing my profile.-oops it was a big deal to get it back up and running-- but after that my posts, that I had up came up as a guest.
