;D Allegory, Verisimiltude and great internal dialogue. I very much enjoyed the continuation of this story. I feel like this sort of sci-fi hasn't been around since the late 60's. This story feels like its about something, not just the events but the human condition in general and these characters specifically. I don't know how you could get the internal conflict across in a TV episode but if you can then I think the bar for television storytelling will have been raised very high indeed. Any release date set yet on SHUTTLEDOWN?

MS. KITKA,
Receive 100 bonus marks for Diction, then go to The Top of The Class™!
I just finished the latest instalment & your “late ‘60’s SF” comment really hit home, as the characterisation put me very much in mind of MESSRS. PHILIP KINDRED DICK & HARLAN ELLISON, & I could envision the Paramount™ backlot (where CAPTAIN JAMES TIBERIUS KIRK took on THE GORN) subbing in very nicely for Buffalo Commons.
If we are able to “raise the bar” as you have suggested, then I hope we have the stamina to keep it there!
SHUTTLEDOWN™ intel is best provided either by TOPPER or GARY DAVIDSON, himself, so I shall defer to their own enlightened perspective about the current state of post-production.

FIRST LEFTENANT,
To the best of my knowledge, TOPPER is very much alive & well, but he is likely involved with post-production of SHUTTLEDOWN™, which has some technical challenges that are right up his street, & which he is uniquely qualified to address.

This story just seems to be getting better and better,I like the thought that the team decided to fore-go the weapon's at this point. It say's alot about Finn and his team's ethics and goals in the long run. I couldn't help but visualize the scene in my mind while reading it. It reminded me of something off of a John Wayne western(One of them he play's a cavalry soldier in) or an oringinal Star Trek episode.(maybe a little bit of both.)

LADYTASS,
I grok the fullness of the totality!
I, too, liked that FINN’S Troopers are not trigger-happy, & that they take seriously the task of “peacekeeping”, rather than escalating a conflict or possibly creating a new 1 that would be counter to the interests of U.N.C.A.™ & to the denizens of Buffalo Commons.
I think I know the JOHN WAYNE U.S. Cavalry picture you are thinking of, but I especially liked that you were put in mind of STAR TREK™, as I was.

This just keeps getting better and better! I love the complete throw away bits about DERF. I don't think I've ever come to know a character and his predicament better, in as few words, from such an angle before. V.G. And I love the cover art on the home page (that is the cover art right?). The best part was the TO BE CONTINUED, I'm glad you guys are going to continue posting this story and can't wait to read more. One suggestion though (and others, please back me up): Could you put some sort of navigation link at the top of each page in this book so we can get to each chapter faster? Thanks!

Never ones to shy away from a great idea, consider it done! Each page of "PARTITIONS" now has an easy to navigate chapter list. Thanks for the suggestion!
