FL,
That banner is damaging! I didn't do it, they've changed the banners at the JTS page!

not that impressed with this week's version, but i laughed at the link. thought overall it was too much of an aside though i did like how some of the things from previous were starting to tie in. i guess this is more of a what... a interlude maybe?

I thought it was good,it didn't have the same feeling but sometime's with the build up of tension you have to back off a little or you will go twang and break like a string.

"...the Network was like Ancient Rome in their treatment of those who threatened citizens...." O...my...GODTM!The subtle build up of this segment, ending with those lines, actually sent a chill down my spine. Does anyone else find this experience, reading this book bit by bit, week by week, as intense as i do? i know i could blow through it in a week if i had it but this way i'm actually savouring each word and picking up nuance i doubt i'd ever have seen otherwise. it's very disturbing.

That is why I decided to print it out so I could go back and savor it on my own time, figuring out all the twists and turns--boy TOBC would make a great tv show all on it's own. Can't wait to see the rest of it all done and on air.

Anyone wanna guess what happens next?
Will Dani escape alive? Will Bear escape alive? Will Vogel survive? Will Tremblay survive?
who else is there now: Spottyrivers, Kalter, Sui, Algiers (cool name!) uh... any takers?

I vote they all escape alive, now to my thought process, This is Tales of Buffalo Common's and some of these characters are alive later we already know that so those one's are definately going to live through this. The Tribe has the "Deed" to the Dam which means they have the right to be there, Dani and her people were simply doing their job's(or at least they thought they were) and Dani seems to be a fair type of person, she is going to do something to help all these guy's live, the kid(sharpshooter) is going to end up going to the UNSC, talent like his shouldn't be wasted and it's all going to hinge on the Hornet and it's "hearing" ability. But this is just conjecture and probably totally wrong so take it for what it is worth.

that pic is fantastic! i sooooo want one of these, and the story... man, its an unrelenting pace.
Also, i think Tass is right about it, and love the idea of Bear joining the squad!
